2. Unboxing Proof

For damaged, incorrect or missing products, customers may be required to provide clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the package and product received.

3. Return Process

  • Customer name and contact number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging

4. Refunds

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment gateway or bank.

5. Non-Returnable Products
